Please read through the Terms. If you do use the website, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by the Terms.

  • Online Booking & Ticket Terms & Conditions
  • Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, transferable or cancellable. We do not refund or transfer tickets for bad weather unless Vertigo Adventures is unable to open.
  • All purchasers must have a personal email address for use with the booking system.
  • Upon payment through the secure system, tickets will be automatically sent to your personal email address. This can be printed out or displayed on a smart phone for admission.
  • Tickets can only be used once. Once validated at our admissions and access gained to the Park, the ticket will be void. All and any tickets/vouchers will be retained by our admissions staff.
  • In order to cover the total cost of providing you this service we charge a booking fulfilment fee of 50p. This fee contributes to the cost of delivering tickets by defraying certain costs incurred in satisfying your order. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18 or over at all times.
  • All prices are subject to change.
  • Discount vouchers, coupons and other offers are not valid in conjunction with any advance online rates.
  • Organisers/carers are relied upon to consider the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for their clients/persons in their care.
  • Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.
  • All transactions will be in £ sterling.
  • Should Sandwell Ropes, Vertigo Adventures be forced to close due to government tier or lockdown restrictions – any pre-booked tickets will be permitted to transfer to an alternative visit date.

Zip Line and Free-Fall Descender

  • Minimum age: 8 years
  • Minimum height: 1.4 metres
  • Maximum weight: 100kg

Low Ropes and Climbing Wall

  • Minimum age: 5 years
  • Minimum height: 1 metre
  • Maximum weight: 115kg

High Ropes

  • Minimum age: 8 years
  • Minimum height: 1.4 metre
  • Maximum weight: 115kg

Refusal of Entry

  • Vertigo Adventures reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
  • Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Does not respect the facilities, grounds or equipment.
  • Behaves in a manner which is disruptive to the enjoyment of other visitors.
  • Behaves in a manner which compromises the safety of other visitors or staff.
  • Uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any member of staff.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions conducted by Sandwell Ropes. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all individuals aged 16 and over.
  • Employees of Sandwell Ropes and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless stated otherwise.

3. Entry

  • Entry to our competitions are free.
  • Participants must enter by the requested method of entry.
  • Entries must be received before the end of competition entry expiration.

4. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives can be offered.
  • Sandwell Ropes reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice should there be a reason why the original prize is no longer available.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified within 1 week after the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within 30 days of the notification, Sandwell Ropes reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Publicity

  • By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during the competition will be used in accordance with Sandwell Ropes’ privacy policy.
  • Participants can request access to their personal data or ask for their data to be corrected or deleted by contacting Sandwell Ropes with a data adjustment email.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sandwell Ropes accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
  • Sandwell Ropes is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet.

9. General

  • Sandwell Ropes reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Sandwell Ropes’ control.
  • Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
